Program Purpose
In 2007, Berry Companies was growing exponentially, and we needed a group of employees that would strengthen our leadership and prepare our company for future success. We needed a program based on our core values and mission statement, a program that would speak to our employees. Over a decade later, the Leadership Development Program (or LDP) has become a coveted achievement, a goal to strive for, and a legacy to uphold.
Program Philosophy
The 2007 class of the Berry Companies, Inc. Leadership Development Program started small but strong, and we’ve only grown from there. We take great pride in providing a successful learning experience where our participants work face to face with the very best of Berry’s nine divisions.
Through it all, we have stayed true to our original goal: that, while LDP graduates should walk away with a better understanding of leadership philosophy and business management, they should ultimately gain a sincere commitment to our culture and to their fellow employees.
