Wildsparq is a training platform broken into monthly lessons, videos, assignments, and group discussions, and it covers topics like Culture and Values, Time Management, and Communication Styles. Our goal is to help program members become better employees, better leaders, and better people.

Program Timeframe

In total, the program lasts six months, and it requires approximately three hours per month for homework and team meetings.

Each group is made up of ten employees who go through the program together, discussing challenges and key takeaways. The groups become a network of employees from across Berry Companies’ nine divisions.
